TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment is taken upfront. Payment is accepted via paypal or cashapp.
All commissions come with one simple background free of charge (this is usually an abstract pattern or plain colour.) For more complicated backgrounds, a fee of 50% of the commissions price will be added onto the cost. Extra characters are also +50%.
Turnaround time is typically 7-10 days (pixel sprites are usually between same day and 2 days TAT), but may be longer if I have a large queue for commissions, the piece is an animation, or multiple artworks are involved (such as a bulk order or ref sheet commission). I will provide an approximate TAT for these individually on request.
As the artist, I hold the copyright to the finished piece, not the commissioner. However, the character belongs to the commissioner.
All commissioned artwork can be used by myself for advertising commissions and can be posted on my art pages. The commissioner may post the commissioned artwork wherever they wish, but they must credit me as the artist.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time.
The commissioner may not cancel at any point after the sketch has been sent. At this point, edits may be requested, but I will not issue refunds as the work has begun on my end.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to all artworks I have made for you will be revoked, and I reserve the right to sell the artwork to new buyers. You will also be blacklisted from commissioning me should this happen, and I will have every right to post publicly about you to warn other artists of you.
Artwork is delivered by the same method you used to contact me, unless that method is FA. In that instance, an email or other form of contact will be requested for delivering the artwork, but I will only use this form of contact to deliver the artwork.

Q: Do you do non pixel art?
A: Yes! I also offer traditional art, at the same pricing as my pixel art comms. There is less examples of these as I do them less frequently, though.

A: You can see my "next event" section at the top of this page, and at the top of my linktree!
Q: Where do I buy your physical products, like resin jewelry or tails?
A: Shoot me a message, and we can arrange that! I'm still in the process of making a full online store. You can also buy them in person at events!
