Payment is taken upfront. Payment plans are available for high price orders.
All commission types include a simple abstract background free of charge. For more detailed backgrounds, a 50% fee is applied to the base commission price.
As the artist, I hold the copyright to the finished piece, not the commissioner. The commissioner may not sell the artwork commissioned from me without a license. The artwork also cannot be used for advertising purposes without a license. I offer licenses for these purposes, please contact me for information on these.
All commissioned artwork can be used by me, the artist, to advertise my work and commissions to others. To opt out of this, clients may request for their commissions to be made private, though this is subject to a fee due to me missing out on potential further work through posting the art.
The commissioner may not use any artwork commissioned from me to train AI models of any kind.
If you file a chargeback against me, you revoke ownership of the commissioned artwork and I reserve the right as the artist to resell this artwork. I also reserve the right to blacklist you from further commissions, and add you to wider artists blacklists where necessary.
High-res files can be sent via email upon request.
The price for animated forms of these commissions will differ from the listed price above. For information on pricing with animations (excluding sprite animations), please contact me, as these depend on the complexity of the work.
I do not consent to have my artwork used to train AI generative models. If you use artwork commissioned from me to train AI models, or modify or alter artwork commissioned from me using AI, you will revoke the right to further commissions for me and will be blacklisted and added to wider artist blacklists where necessary.
